Construction of the file<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The different elements of the file as well as the documents to be provided will be specified in the confirmation email.<\/p><p>You will receive these documents to sign electronically. The guarantor and the tenant will each receive their part to complete and sign.\u00a0<\/p><p>NB: If we encounter a problem with your documents, we will contact you by email. Editing of lease contracts\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Once your file is complete and assignments are made, you will receive your lease agreement, again by electronic signature. Once the contract is signed by the IGA, your guarantor will receive a copy.\u00a0<\/p><p>You will be asked to pay the security deposit online, otherwise you will not be able to move into the Residence.\u00a0<\/p><p>NB: This mailing takes place a few days before school starts. This handover will take place at the reception desk of the Residence.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">We adapt the inventory of fixtures procedure to ensure the safety of all. You may be accompanied or you may have to do it yourself (if it is the case, you will have to return it in the mailbox, at the reception of the Residence).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>The technical team will check it, and make some interventions if needed.<\/p><p>This document testifies to the state of the apartment when the tenant arrived, and makes it possible to determine the share of repairs and cleaning to be paid by the tenant or by the AGR at the time of departure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column maximum period of one year, not renewable by tacit agreement, and necessarily ends on August 31 of the following year.<\/p><p>Readmission is possible, but not automatic. A procedure is sent by email during the year. <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">In some cases, depending on the dates of arrival at the Residence, the dates of your lease may be different.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>The lease can be terminated at any time with one month's notice, according to the regulations in force. Please note that the CAF only pays the APL for full months.<\/p><p>As the rent is deducted with a one month difference, you will have to pay your last rent one month after your departure. Il est normal que vous ne receviez rien avant.\u00a0 Remise des cl\u00e9s et \u00e9tat des lieux Le jour de votre entr\u00e9e, le personnel de la R\u00e9sidence vous remettra vos cl\u00e9s ainsi qu&rsquo;un \u00e9tat des lieux. Cette remise se fera au bureau d&rsquo;accueil de la R\u00e9sidence.\u00a0 Nous adaptons la proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux afin de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tous. Vous pourrez \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 ou vous pourrez avoir \u00e0 le faire vous-m\u00eame (si c&rsquo;est le cas, il vous faudra le rendre dans la bo\u00eete aux lettres, \u00e0 l&rsquo;accueil de la R\u00e9sidence).\u00a0 L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe technique se chargera de le v\u00e9rifier, et de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 certaines interventions si besoin. Ce document t\u00e9moigne de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat dans lequel se trouvait l&rsquo;appartement lors de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du locataire, et permet de d\u00e9terminer la part de r\u00e9paration et de nettoyage \u00e0 la charge du locataire ou celle de l&rsquo;AGR au moment du d\u00e9part. A propos du bail Le bail est \u00e9tabli par p\u00e9riode maximale d&rsquo;un an, non renouvelable par tacite reconduction, et prend n\u00e9cessairement fin le 31 ao\u00fbt de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivante. Le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement du loyer se faisant avec un mois de diff\u00e9rence, vous aurez \u00e0 payer votre dernier loyer un mois apr\u00e8s votre d\u00e9part. Le montant de celui-ci sera automatiquement pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 sur votre compte
